What if my tallow melts or changes texture during shipping?

Because our balm is 100% natural and contains no stabilizers, it may soften, melt, or develop a grainy texture if exposed to heat during shipping. Don’t worry—this doesn’t affect its quality or benefits.

To fix it:
Option 1 – Use As-Is:
 You can still use it in its softened state. It will melt into your skin just the same.

Option 2 – Firm it Up:
 Place the jar in the refrigerator (lid on) for 1–2 hours until it solidifies again. It may firm up without needing to re-whip.

Option 3 – Re-whip at Home (Optional):
Scoop the balm into a clean bowl.
Let it soften fully to room temperature.
Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip for 1–2 minutes until fluffy.
Spoon the whipped balm back into the jar using clean utensils.

Just be sure not to introduce any water into the product, and store it in a cool, dry place to maintain texture.
